About our programming

Our classes are designed to support all aspects of female fitness. For balance, we suggest incorporating one of each class per week, or you may choose to focus on particular outcomes if you prefer.

How many classes per week do we recommend?

Peak fitness = 5 to 7 classes

Great fitness = 4 to 5 classes

Good fitness = 3 to 4 classes

Healthy = 2 to 3 classes

Just for fun = 1 to 2 classes
