Where do I sign up for On Demand workouts?

You can sign up via our website or via the Apple app or Android app (coming very soon). There are slightly different pricing options via the app due to limitations of our systems.

If you do not see an active subscription when tapping on the Apple or Android buttons above, then you either:

1. Do not have an active subscription, or

2. You did not first subscribe or sign-up via the app and will need to login to your account here.

By downloading the app, have I automatically started paying any fees?

Nope! You are not charged simply by downloading the app / vid-app.

You are free to navigate and explore the app to get a feel of the content within, and you are also able to watch any preview videos that are available.

How does the “Free Trial” work?

Once you’ve created your account, the Free Trial will start automatically and you will be able to access all the parts of the app that are included within the Free Trial. Depending on the option you choose, payments will automatically begin at the end of the Free Trial.

How do I use Airplay and Chromecast?

To use AirPlay and Chromecast, make sure you are within range and connected to the devices or network.

When you’re playing a video inside the app, look for the icon of the device you’re trying to connect to in the bottom right of the video.

Press the icon it will connect! If it doesn’t, please check your connections.

Can I access my account on another device (i.e. if I purchased on iPhone can I access my account on Android?)

Yes. Simply download the app / vid-app from the App Store for that device, and log in using your account.

What if I'm not very fit?

Never fear, just go at your own pace. Need to sit down or skip a few reps? Do it. Fitness isn’t about smashing yourself every single time. Just listen to your body and do what feels right for you.

What if I can't dance?

We workout to the beat and are inspired by dance, but it doesn’t matter if you have two left feet! It’s not a dance class and when you lose yourself to the music, magic happens.

What's the difference between Live Stream and On Demand?

Our Live Stream classes are broadcast so you can join our studio classes in real-time. You can access On Demand workouts anytime. You need to book Live Stream classes from our timetable. On Demand workouts don't need to be booked, simply login and away you go! Note that a Live Stream membership includes On Demand access.

Are your workouts suitable for pregnancy or new mums?
